By accessing or using CEOITBOX's website, platform, or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

CEOITBOX provides business coaching, AI training, entrepreneurship workshops, and related educational and consulting services, including but not limited to:

• AiGA (AI Growth & Automation) Workshops — in-person and online
• AIBB (AI Business Breakthrough) Masterclass
• Business Audit and consulting sessions
• MBAI and other coaching programs
• Forum events and summits across Indian cities

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our events and make payments. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.

When you register for an event or program, you may be asked to provide contact and business details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your access to paid programs with non-registered individuals.

When you register for an event, you provide personal and business information including your name, email, phone number, organization, position, industry, and other relevant details. This information is used to process your registration, communicate event details, and provide you with the service you signed up for. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events; in such cases, affected registrants will be offered a refund or transfer to a future event.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. CEOITBOX does not store your card or banking details — these are handled securely by Razorpay in accordance with their own terms and security standards. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. By making a payment, you authorize Razorpay to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific program or event. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase:

• Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before an in-person event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Requests made within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable.
• Online programs and digital content, once accessed, are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise our platform or systems
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our copyrighted training materials without permission
• Harass, threaten, or harm other attendees, staff, or participants

Violations may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

All content provided through our services — including course materials, presentations, videos, frameworks, templates, and branding — is the intellectual property of CEOITBOX and Sanjeev Jain. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

Our coaching, training, and consulting services are provided for educational and informational purposes. Results depend on your individual effort, business conditions, and implementation. We make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, revenue growth, or business success.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEOITBOX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
