4. Payment Data
When you make a payment, the transaction is processed by Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. CEOITBOX does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials. Razorpay handles this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. We retain a record of the transaction (amount, payment status, and a reference ID) for accounting and customer service purposes.
5. Google OAuth Data
If you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your basic Google account information — typically your name, email address, and profile picture — as made available by Google under the scopes you authorize.
- We use this data to authenticate your account and personalize your experience.
- We do not access or store your Google password.
- We do not read your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or other Google service data unless you explicitly grant additional permissions.
- You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account security settings.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by our platform provider and integrated services (Google Sheets, Razorpay). Data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including India and the United States. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Registration and payment records are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Marketing data is retained until you opt out. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
